To whom it may concern, I just wanted to express from the bottom of my heart to all who so lovingly cared for my mom (Nora Bagwell) Thank you. I had many occasions when I had to give short notice for a night time care giver and James and Emmanuel always went above and beyond to make sure my mom was taken care of. They always encouraged me and let me know I wasn’t alone that they were there for me. I can’t say enough about the caregivers Josie, Dell, Lenore, Eva, and Nancy. Each one of them took care of my mom like she was family. They were patient, loving, gentle and kind. they took care of my mom’s every need even when she was difficult. I’m sure there is going to be a special place in heaven for all who care so lovingly for people when they’re sick, or dying, treating them with love, dignity and respect. With heartfelt thanks to all at Golden Odyssey Care who cared for our mom in her last days.
